Items in stock will be shipped within 3-7 business days after receipt of payment. If it is not in stock, and has to be made, please expect a turn around of 1-8 weeks, depending on the availability of materials. Custom orders can take a little longer but usually within 1-8 weeks. Please contact us to get a time estimate.

If you require an order sooner, please contact us to discuss a rush order.

 USPS handles all shipping. If you would prefer another method of shipping, please let us know, and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

 Each item shipped by Vanessa Mellet Jewelry is fully covered by insurance.

We will assume full responsibility for any lost or damaged goods before reaching the customer, and will re-ship a new item to you as soon as possible in the event that this occurs. We do apologize, but this is beyond our control. We will do our best to work with you to resolve these issues promptly. Domestic trackable packages must be "missing" for 10 business days before we are able to open a complaint with the USPS. Insurance claims can not be filed until your package is "missing" for 20 business days. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued until the postal claim is paid. 

If you need a shipment sent overnight or priority, please advise before completing your payment and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an online store credit or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or promotions, special orders, or international orders, unless stated otherwise. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers or from a retail event (fairs, studio sales or trunk shows) must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.

Items must be returned with their original packaging, and in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Our rings are cast in certain sizes which are specified during the ordering process. If you purchase a ring and it does not fit you can exchange it for another of our available sizes.

Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount.
