I want to remind everyone about how important it is to support small businesses, especially in these difficult times. We really need to think of whose economy we are supporting, the big corporations will be fine, but these are trying times for small businesses, artists & brick & mortar stores & restaurants.

When you invest in small businesses you are supporting dreams, & communities. I truly believe that the love that an artist/maker puts into things is transferable!

I am including some of my favorites artists, makers, shops, & yes some movement instructors, as I believe we all need to keep our body moving & strong throughout this.
