The 12x6mm marquis mother of pearl with turquoise and black spinel inlay is set in a unique pattern bezel which gives the simple design a unique look. A beautiful faceted blue topaz drop hangs from the center of the pendant, and two faceted blue topaz beads connect the pendant to the sterling silver oxidized chain.
